Farrell wrestlers earn a team record four individual CHSAA champions and take the team silver medal. Hanafee, Hartnett, Villaret and Newman score big victories and earn their trips to the NYS championship in Rochester.

Farrell Wrestlers take down St.Peters prep of New Jersey. Led by pins from Conner Hanafee, Kevin Hartnett, Mike Luongo and Anthony Sapichino, the Lions came out on top, 40-31.
St. Benedicts pins first loss on Lions. Prep powerhouse St. Benedicts of N.J, who placed 3rd in last years National Prep tournanent, defeated the Lions by the slimmest of margins, 38-37, in a non-league match. The Lions rebounded in the night cap to knock off Xavarian, 57-27. full results

Coach Jay Bross runs the Pinning Down Autism Takedown Tournament and Barbeque
In May 2007, Jay Bross put together a takedown tournament and barbeque to raise money to benefit Autism Speaks. The tournament was held outside at Petrides, SI, NY and featured divisions for athletes from 8 years old and under to an open division and even a veterans-over-30 age group.
